Sample example of a call to an apartment meeting;

If sufficient numbers are not provided at this meeting, the second meeting will be held at the same place on the day.../.../... without calling a majority (majority).

1) Opening, polling and election of the Chairman of the Divan and members of the meeting.
2) Granting the signature authority to the presiding officer
3) Reading the agenda and additions
4) Reading the executive activity report and auditor's report; discussing accounts and
reproach of the manager.
5) Election of new manager and auditor.
6) Wishes.
7) Closing.
